It\u2019s entirely up to you to manage your pacing, snacks, hydration, and power naps whenever fatigue hits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>At the life bases:<\/strong> Strategic, fully-equipped checkpoints featuring hot meals, showers, cots, medical support, and charging stations for your gear (GPS, lights, phone). This is also the only place where friends and family are allowed to lend a hand!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Live GPS tracking:<\/strong> Every rider carries a live GPS tracker. Your family, friends, and volunteers can follow your dot moving across the map 24\/7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube join the party: there are distances to suit every rider, available in Solo, Duo, or 4-person Teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(Note: for the 1,000 km and 2,500 km, organizers require proof of long-distance experience, just to make sure everyone is truly ready for the challenge).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Routes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div completing the grand loop of the Gasp\u00e9 Peninsula via Carleton and Mont-Joli, rolling back past Qu\u00e9bec City, and finishing up in Terrebonne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
